Centrally located, but noise from adjacent rooms bothersome.

the room was both new-fashioned and tidy with a beautiful view overlooking la pillotta, balcony and brand new bathroom. the hotel's location was incredible, it also had very friendly and amicable staff from a receptionist. there was cibiamo nearby to grab something to eat.

Great location in the heart of Parma, just a short walk to major attractions like the museum complex at Palazzo Pilotta. The staff were helpful and polite. My room was clean, and the bathroom well-equipped-with good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had a nice selection, but I wish there were more healthy options. The carpet in my room felt a bit outdated, and there was street noise, made sleeping challenging at times. The air conditioning worked well, but it was noisy at night. The charming historical vibe.

nice location. Good breakfast.
Bad soundproofing. Especially in the toilet room.

We have stayed at the hotel before and the location, right in the centre of Parma, is excellent! The hotel staff are extremely helpful, immediate help with car, put into garage, lots of good advice and asistance, maps, etc etc. Were able to get a late check out, too. The hotel is a bit worn, but clean, with comfortable beds and furniture, and worth their 4 stars.

We greatly enjoyed rooms with good facilities. Location: the hotel was next to Baptistery and Parma Cathedral, sanctuary of Santa Maria Della Steccata and other sights and major attractions and restaurants.

Perfect for unwinding, they had a cozy lounge area and a great rooftop terrace. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the hallway, but it didn't ruin our experience 😊

The hotel was well located, several blocks from the train station and walking distance to most points of interest. The staff was pleasant and breakfast was good with excellent service.
We definitely had trouble with the climate control in the room, and we settled for opening the windows to cool the room enough to sleep, though that allowed for the outside noise to be disturbing.

Excellent. Very nice hotel, immaculately kept. The rooms were big. The bathrrom was great. One of the best hotels I have stayed in in Europe and a reasonable price.

The fact that it was central and that and we booked in and the room was not ready we were given another immediately. I think that the TV service could be more oriented to English speaking channels. The only one I could find was BBC and think that as there were quite a few English speaking people in the breakfast room that the would be a market for this.
